Maintain proper oral hygiene care enable your teeth brightness to last longer

  • Brush your teeth regularly with soft-bristle toothbrush and whitening toothpaste to keep your teeth free from food debris and stains
  • Drink colored drinks with straws
  • Stop smoking – smoking is the top reason that cause teeth discoloration
  • Visit your dentist often to follow up your teeth health. After a certain period of time, another whitening procedure may be carried out.
